Tips for Building a Better Bedtime Routine!
Keep it short and sweet
Ensure you will always have time for a bedtime routine by keeping your routine short and sweet. A bedtime routine should last about 30 minutes or longer if bath time is included.
Do it everyday
Keep to the same routine every day or almost every day to help your child adjust and make bedtime easier on the entire family. Consistency will help your little one learn to develop good habits in the long run.
Introduce a Calming "Bedtime Buddy"
Stuffed animals and plush toys bring a sense of security. Young kids do often experience a new level of separation anxiety, so it's good to have something soft and small to cuddle at night. Find the perfect calming bedtime buddy from Adora, like the Glow-in-the-Dark Snuggle & Glow Plush Pillows!
Follow a checklist
A bedtime routine should consist of same steps every day or almost every day. Download our FREE printable Bedtime Routine Checklist to get started today!
